Duration: 13-Week Contract (With possibility of extension)

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Pay Rate:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $40 to $43/hr. (If your permanent address is within 75-miles from the

facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 75-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $47.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:  $1,880.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $16.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $640.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,240.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $49.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:        $1,960.00

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Express Care team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, assisting with the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses for patients aged 1 and older. This role involves direct patient care, clinical support, and collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure efficient and compassionate service delivery.

Licenses:

• Active Oklahoma/Compact State LPN License.
• BLS Certification.

Skills required:

• Assist providers in the assessment and treatment of patients with urgent medical needs.
• Perform vital signs, triage, and patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers.
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as EKGs and specimen collection for laboratory analysis.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide efficient and high-quality patient care.
• 2 years LPN experience in Clinic Setting – Required.
• Pediatric Experience – Required.
• EPIC EMR experience – Required
