Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: West Gore Boulevard, Lawton, OK

Duration: 13-Week Contract (With possibility of extension)
Shift: 12 Hour Nights

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Pay Rate:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $32 to $34/hr. (If your permanent address is within 50-miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $37.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:  $1,332.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $9.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $324.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):    $1,008.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $39.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:        $1,404.00

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across various age groups, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in maintaining nursing standards and fostering teamwork among ancillary staff and interdisciplinary teams.

Licenses:

• Active Oklahoma/Compact State LPN License.
• BLS Certification.
• NIH (Can be obtained at work)

Skills required:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care techniques.
• Ensure compliance with Home Health regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• 1 year of experience – Required.
• Recent travelling experience – Highly Preferred.
