Guaranteed Hours: 40

OT: After 40 hours

OT Rate: All-inclusive Rate x 1.5

Pay Rate:

For Local Candidates pay rate: $46 to $49/hr. (If your permanent address is within 50-miles from the

facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $49.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:  $1,960.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $17.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $680.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,280.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $51.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:        $2,040.00

Job Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will act as a vital link between the patient and the RN, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.

Licenses:

• BLS Certification.
• ACLS.

Skills required:

• Deliver direct nursing care under RN supervision, including personal hygiene care.
• Assist in developing and updating patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, including respiratory therapy.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures.
• Prioritize and manage patient care efficiently.
• Report patient condition changes and incidents to the RN.
• Respond effectively to stressful or emergency situations.
• Educate patients during hospitalization and discharge.
• Support the training and onboarding of new staff and students.
