Job Title: LPN – Infection Control

Location: 14th Ave, Sidney, MT 59270

Duration: 13-week Contract (possibility of extension)
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 40

OT: After 40 hours

OT Pay Rate: All-inclusive rate $10

Pay Details:

For Local Candidates: $60-$64/hour (If your permanent address is within 50-miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate:      $63.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate:  $2,520.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate:    $32.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable):  $1,280.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable):    $1,240.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $66.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate:       $2,640.00

Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated Infection Control Director (LPN) to join our team in a hospital setting. This role is essential in maintaining patient safety and well-being by overseeing infection prevention and control initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills and a passion for serving others through purposeful work.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and communicate infection data, facts, and trends to healthcare staff.
• Conduct ongoing reviews of infection control policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Identify and address infection control discrepancies, implementing necessary revisions.
• Make recommendations regarding environmental rounds to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
• Educate and collaborate with staff to promote infection prevention best practices.
• Stay updated on infection control regulations and guidelines to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

• BLS (AHA)
• LPN License for the state of Montana / Compact allowed.
• 3 years of experience in a Clinic setting – Required.
• Infection Control Certification – Preferred.
