- Contract Duration: 8 weeks with the possibility of extension
- Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Sub Specialty: Registered Nurse, Long Term Care (LTC), LPN
Under the direction of the Unit Manager, the RN/LPN participates in assessing, planning, and implementing resident care. This role supports the mission and nursing philosophy of our healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information.
- Assist with resident assessments and the development of care plans.
- Provide wound care and assist with other medical procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed resident records.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program or Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in the State of Montana.
- Ability to learn and retain pertinent information.
- Must have a current telephone number.
- State License Details: Must be currently active.
- Minimum Years of Experience: Less than 1 year.
