Pay Details:
For Local Candidates pay rate: $27-$29/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility) (If 40 Hours per week is achieved):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $28.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,008.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $11.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $396.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $612.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $30.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,080.00
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Acute Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract in Havre, MT. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg setting, assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and performing basic nursing tasks. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care under the supervision of nursing staff. The position includes rotating day/night shifts and requires flexibility, as well as holiday coverage. This role guarantees 36 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients in a Med/Surg setting, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels).
- Assist with patient positioning, transport, and basic medical interventions as delegated by nursing staff.
- Observe patients and report any changes in condition or behavior to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other procedures as required.
- Support patient safety and comfort by addressing needs and concerns promptly.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness in patient rooms and common areas.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care, including vital signs and nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in providing patient care.
- Provide holiday coverage as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in a Med/Surg or acute care setting
- Certification:
- Current CNA certification required.
- BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including night and day shifts.
- Holiday coverage is required as part of the rotation schedule.
