Pay Details:
For Local Candidates pay rate: $24-$26/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility) (If 40 Hours per week is achieved):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $972.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $8.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $288.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $684.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $28.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,008.00
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for a 13-week contract in Keene, NH. As an LNA, you will assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring that patients' personal needs and comfort are met during their hospital stay.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.
- Assist patients in moving from bed to chair, assisting with mobility, and ensuring patient safety.
- Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Assist with patient hygiene and dressing.
- Support patients with exercises and rehabilitation activities as directed by nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Document all care provided and communicate with nursing staff regarding patient needs.
Certification Requirements:
- BLS Certificate
- LNA License in the state of New Hampshire required.
