Job Description :
Looking for a RN with wound care experience to work in our outpatient wound care office. (wound assessment and documentation of characteristics, dressing and bandaging, assisting providers with treatment, etc)
Must have a current PA license and AHA BLS to be considered.
The Registered Nurse position is responsible to the Manager and Nursing Supervisor for activities that include, but are not limited to, utilization of skills in organization, planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing care as it relates to the specific needs of the patient. Nurses work within the framework of the State Nurse Practice Act and follow Wound Care Centers, INC, and Medical Center policies and procedures. The Nurse complies with Medical Center and nursing standards in the performance of job duties and responsibilities. The Nurse will support the goals and objectives of the Wound Center and of Mount Nittany Medical Center.
