Client will consider a relocation bonus of

Salary Range :
The Physical Therapy Assistant's (Home Health) primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and
related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The Assistant will
treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patient's medical needs and with an
approved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist in
maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation
of daily notes and discharge data. Patients cared for may include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adult,
and geriatric.
