Pay Details (for RN) (LPN rates will be slightly lower):

For Local Candidates pay rate: $66 to $72/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $68.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pa Rate: $2,448.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $29.50
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,062.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,386.00

OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $72.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,592.00

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) in Concord, NH. As a critical part of our healthcare team, you will provide direct care to patients in need of telemetry and intermediate-level care. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Telemetry setting and a strong understanding of advanced nursing practices, including drips, ventilators, and respiratory support.

Requirements:

• Active NH or Compact RN License required at the time of submission
• BLS & ACLS Certification (Current and up-to-date)
• Experience with Telemetry care is a MUST
• Competent in managing insulin and heparin drips
• Experience with tracheostomies, vents, BiPAPs, and Hi-flow oxygen
• NURSYS Report for license verification (must provide verification with all active RN licenses)
• EMR Experience: Cerner preferred but not required
• RTO (Request Time Off): MUST be included at the time of submission

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Telemetry or Intermediate Care Unit
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the intermediate care unit, including monitoring vital signs, interpreting telemetry, and responding to medical emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Monitor patients on ventilators, BiPAPs, and Hi-flow oxygen, ensuring safe and effective management
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes
• Document all patient care and interactions in the electronic health record (EHR)
