Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $73.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,628.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $35.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,260.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,368.00

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $77.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,772.00

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ICU RN will provide specialized care to critically ill patients, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based nursing interventions. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to assigned ICU patients, monitoring their condition and responding to critical changes.
• Document patient responses to treatments and interventions, updating records and physician orders accordingly.
• Assist physicians with examinations, minor diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
• Obtain and monitor physiological data, recognizing and responding to critical patient needs.
• Administer medications, initiate and manage IV infusions, and monitor blood product administration.
• Ensure competent, high-quality patient care that aligns with ICU protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans, hospital procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Make referrals to appropriate healthcare professionals as needed for continued patient care.
• Delegate tasks to support staff while ensuring patient safety and care standards.

Certification Requirements:

• Active RN license (Oklahoma)/Compact
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS.
