Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg
Location: Court Street, Keene, NH 03431
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: 7:00PM-7:30AM (3x12)
Guaranteed Hours: 36
OT/Holiday Rate: All Inclusive Rate x 1.25%

Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $73.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,628.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $39.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,404.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,224.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $76.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,736.00
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional care to patients from infancy through adulthood. This RN will utilize their knowledge of age-specific growth and development to tailor the nursing process to each patient’s needs, in alignment with established nursing standards, philosophy, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to obstetric patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
- Assess, monitor, and document maternal and fetal conditions during all phases of labor and delivery.
- Administer medications, monitor IVs, and assist with pain management techniques.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth experience.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
- Anticipate and respond to complications during labor and delivery with appropriate interventions.
- Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and emergency procedures.
- Promote bonding and provide newborn care immediately after birth.
- Maintain compliance with standards of care, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Active RN license (New Hampshire)/Compact.
- BLS Certification.
- NRP.
- ACLS.
