Job Title:RN Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Chalkstone Ave, Providence, RI 02908
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: Night shift 7pm - 7am.
Guaranteed Hours: 36
For Local Candidates pay rate: $65 to $70/hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles from the facility)
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $68.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,720.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.05
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,082.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,638.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $70.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,800.00
