Job Description :
Immediate Need for a License Physical Therapist for our Acute Care Inpatient Department 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS -

Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist / competency assessment.
CERTIFICATIONS : Must have a PT License. - BLS / BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or client.
EXP : 2 years' experience in current specialty required. Must have Inpatient Experience. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment
SHIFT : 8 hour Day Shifts. Shift start time 0730, 0930. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Must cover one weekend shift per month. Weekends ARE required . Floating is required RMC, PH ED, PKH ED if needed.. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. If traveler is required to float (unlikely) they will float to PH (Presbyterian Hospital).
ORIENTATION : The 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
