Job Summary : Springfield Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide essential nursing care and support to our residents during the morning shift.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications :
Valid LPN certification.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
