We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Overview:
The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate must be reliable, composed in high-stress situations, and have integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Skills:
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers via phone, email, or in person
- Process information accurately and resolve complaints in a timely manner
- Perform administrative duties, including calculating payments and material quantities
- Actively listen and apply critical thinking to solve customer issues
Customer Relations:
- Communicate with customers to provide information about products/services, take orders, and handle account cancellations when necessary
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Calculate charges for services requested, collect payments, or arrange for billing
- Ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve customer issues
- Share product and service knowledge with customers and patrons
- Manage the phone system and voicemail for all companies
- Update company website, QuickBooks, price sheet, and office display TVs with current product information
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the office

Public Relations:
- Work as a team to organize and participate in PR events in the community
- Assist with event planning and execution, including parades, local kids’ events, and community activities
- Set up, participate in, and take down our event trailer during events
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay composed under pressure
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be available to work occasional Saturdays
