Job Overview
This position reports to the manager of Card Services and the Financial Hub Product Manager. Responsible for the technical, functional, and member experience aspects of the Financial Hub fleet. Financial Hubs are automated teller machines (ATMs) with Enhanced Self-Service functionality that may be used as an ATM, Hub, or in the future ITM. This role requires someone who is enthusiastic about providing 24/7 access to our members through a well-managed and feature-rich Financial Hub fleet. You will be an empowering mentor that will be:

Qualifications
Skills and Experience
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent, additional business training or experience in a technical field preferred
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum of 1 year of data analysis, data entry, or reporting.
- Knowledge of basic ATM systems and sub-systems and ability to use them for delivery of services to internal and external clients
- Knowledge of and ability to perform routine banking transaction processing and related services through Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
- Knowledge of functional processes and associated operation requirements, ability to apply this knowledge to diverse situations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to operate related computer applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and platforms for virtual meetings/trainings
- Should be result driven, motivated and dedicated to accomplishing departmental goals

Role Description and Essential Duties
- Financial Hub Fleet Servicing: Provides first-level support for troubleshooting and diagnosing Financial Hub issues to include inbound requests from branch representatives, onsite service technicians, vendor representatives, and members. Works independently and collaboratively to resolve issues, dispatch technicians, troubleshoot, and analyze the Financial Hub fleet.
- Financial Hub Availability: Proactively manages assigned Hubs for 24x7 availability with optimal uptime greater than 99%. Administers a schedule for routine preventative maintenance, conducts terminal monitoring and reporting, exercises knowledge to proactively identify improvements to increase uptime, coordinates with Financial Hub vendors and credit union resources. After-hours and weekend support, as needed.
- Projects and Training: Assists the Financial Hub Product Manager with testing and deployment of Hub related projects, to include onboarding of new Hubs and release testing. Creates and updates departmental procedures, and Hub related procedures that impact the organization. Trains Operations team members and token holders on basic Financial Hub faults and responses, and reporting issues to Hub vendors and the Financial Hub Services team.
- Metrics: Updates reports, monitors fleet status and incoming/outgoing currency frequency, and assists in proposing new installations and system upgrades.
- Communication: Establishes and maintains professional relationships with members, colleagues, and vendors. Effectively communicates, coordinates, and resolves issues and provides updates. Maintains member confidentiality by exercising sensitivity toward the nature of the issue associated with member and non-member information.
- Assists the Card Services team, as needed. Follows the policies and procedures of Raiz FCU exercising competency, courtesy and concern for the development of the credit union.
- Complies with all Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) rules and regulations, in addition to Customer Identification Program (CIP). Attends required annual BSA training and required compliance training.
- Assist with all other duties as assigned or identified.
