Raizan Solutions is hiring an experienced Dental Assistant to join a well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Lansing, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern dental facility with a supportive team while providing top-tier patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Chairside Assistance: Assist dentists during procedures, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort.
Patient Care & Education: Prepare patients for treatments, explain procedures, and provide post-care instructions.
Instrument Sterilization & Prep: Follow strict sterilization protocols and prepare treatment rooms.
X-ray & Imaging: Take and develop dental X-rays as required.
Impressions & Molds: Assist with dental impressions for crowns, bridges, and orthodontic treatments.
Inventory & Equipment Maintenance: Monitor supplies and ensure all dental equipment is properly maintained.
Administrative Support: Assist with patient scheduling, record-keeping, and insurance verification as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant
X-ray Certification (State-required certification preferred)
Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control
Excellent chairside manner and ability to keep patients comfortable
Proficiency in dental software & scheduling systems (Dentrix preferred, but not required)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
