Dental Receptionist @Hayes Rd, Clinton Township

Position Overview:

Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Office Receptionist for our client located on Hayes Rd, Clinton Township. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dentrix software, be skilled in creating treatment plans, and manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to schedule appointments effectively.

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (every 1st and 3rd week of the month)

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Dentrix software proficiently (Dentrix is a MUST)
• Develop and manage treatment plans (Treatment planning is a MUST)
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dentrix software
• Experience in creating and managing treatment plans
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently
