Standard Work Hours
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $35.90 – $40.03 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hiring
- This compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this role
Must-Have Qualifications
- Two-year Associate Degree and 2–4 years of work experience required
- Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
- Experience designing minor electrical circuits and troubleshooting electrical, PLC, and electronic systems used to control machines and equipment
- Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
- Ability to install electrical and electronic controls on machines by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems
- Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs
- Capable of interpreting blueprints, and working from sketches or verbal instructions

Responsibilities
- Design, test, and troubleshoot electrical circuits, PLCs, and electronic systems
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Install controls based on schematics or blueprints
- Perform mechanical repairs and dismantle machinery to replace parts
- Monitor performance of electrical equipment and replace when necessary
- Assemble, install, test, and adjust electrical fixtures and panels
- Layout and install new services, panels, breakers, and conduits
- Direct and support lower-classification technicians when needed
- Handle general maintenance, including power distribution under supervision
- Participate in a variety of tasks as directed by Group Leader
Additional Requirements
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
