Property / Casualty (P / C) experience is required.Position can be filled at Level 2 or Level 3 (Senior Level), so a few years of experience is expected.Must have completed 3-5 actuarial exams.Nice-to-Have Skills :

The P / C Actuarial Analyst 2 plays a critical role in developing actuarial formulas that drive strategic decision-making for pricing, underwriting, risk management, and profitability.
This role specializes in pricing / product development, which includes determining rating and pricing structures, premium evaluations, and risk assessment for new and existing insurance products.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to :
Provide consultation and insights on actuarial models and risk issues that impact the business.Influence management towards strategic pricing and profitability decisions.Work on multiple actuarial projects across teams and business units.Support product line managers in premium rate structures, profit forecasting, and other actuarial determinations.Stay up to date on actuarial techniques, industry regulations, and product development trends.Key Responsibilities :
Research and analyze complex data to support rate adjustments, reserve estimates, and economic capital modeling.Develop and propose solutions for actuarial or product management challenges.Prepare actuarial filings for state insurance departments and implement new rate structures.Support business decisions by providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.Contribute to special actuarial projects within a defined scope.Represent the Actuarial team in project committees and business initiatives.Pursue a Casualty Actuarial Society designation (ACAS level required) and maintain continuing education credits.Company Culture & Career Growth :
