Must Have:
Stable work history.
3 years of experience working in a small to mid-sized Accounting/CPA firm that serves mid-size companies and high-net-worth individuals.
Hands-on experience with assurance engagements (compilations, reviews, and audits).
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to articulate complex information.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and practices, with technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
Nice to Have:
CPA certification.
Proficiency in:
QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Caseware and Datasnipper.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements (compilations, reviews, and audits).
Analyze and assess financial statements and internal controls.
Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members, providing constructive feedback.
Handle and prepare complex transactions, working with clients on technical matters.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and practices (GAAP and GAAS).
Foster client relationships to gather information and resolve matters in a timely and effective manner.
Perform other job-related duties as necessary.

Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of prior experience in public accounting.
CPA certification is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and analyze problems logically and comprehensively.
Proficient in:
QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
Caseware and Datasnipper.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information effectively and respond to client needs.
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential matters tactfully and discreetly.
