What You'll Do:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Calibrate tools and ensure machines run efficiently and safely
- Maintain service records and follow preventive maintenance schedules
- Support production teams with technical expertise as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
What You Bring:
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required
