Rajeff Sports, LLC is a dynamic, growing fly fishing distribution company currently accepting applications for an upcoming assistant shipping clerk position.
General Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for entering dealer orders via email and phone, managing our Pro Portal applications, and assisting customers to resolve warranty/repair claims. Employee will also assist consumers and dealers with technical product questions related to fly fishing. Additional duties could include assisting with general office and warehouse duties, marketing and media efforts, and product development.
General Duties:
- Entering Orders from Dealers/Guides/Warranty via email, phone and online portal.
- Answering technical questions via phone and email
- Helping consumers with warranty/repair questions and resolution
- Website updating
- Approving potential Pro accounts (Guides/Key Employee/Casting Instructors)
- Working with Management and our Marketing team to come up with fresh ideas or provide marketing text and images.
Specific Job Skills:
The position requires computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as the ability to use QuickBooks. Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic environment is a must. Mental activities will include decision-making, interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem solving, creativity, self starter, and basic math. Experience with Photoshop and website building software is a plus but not required. Good communication skills via phone and email are a must.
Position is Full Time – M-F; 8:00-4:30, currently located in Vancouver, WA but moving to Woodland, WA in late winter 2025.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys a fast paced job environment and has good communication skills, that can work independently.
Compensation:
Starting hourly wage of $24-26 DOE with a trial period of 90 days. We provide annual raises. In addition to State required benefits, we provide a comprehensive package of additional benefits which we can discuss during the interview.
Salary : $24 - $26
