Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fine Dining Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine and a commitment to delivering impeccable customer service. You will play a key role in creating an unforgettable dining experience by anticipating guests' needs and guiding them through our omakase journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service Excellence
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing an elegant and attentive first impression.
- Guide guests through the omakase menu, explaining dishes, ingredients, preparation methods, and sake pairings.
- Anticipate guests' needs, ensuring every detail of their dining experience is attended to.
- Handle guest questions, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
Dining Room Operations
- Set up and maintain the dining area to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Serve dishes with precision, timing, and an understanding of the flow of omakase service.
- Present and pour beverages, including sake, with a focus on etiquette and refinement.
- Clear tables efficiently while maintaining a calm and quiet demeanor.
Team Collaboration
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless flow of courses.
- Work closely with hosts, bussers, and other staff to create a cohesive dining experience.
- Assist in resolving service challenges and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Knowledge & Sales
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, ingredients, sake, and wine selections.
- Upsell beverages, premium offerings, and additional menu items where appropriate.
- Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
Skills & Attributes

Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
