Cartera Commerce is based in Lexington, Massachusetts.We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help increase member loyalty for some of the world's biggest brands through the development and delivery of creative marketing campaigns. Candidates should have digital content development skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional internal and external partners.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Along with the brand and loyalty marketing team, responsible for the development of digital marketing strategies to support a variety of client loyalty programs.Drive ongoing development and execution of client-branded multi-channel digital marketing content.Assist with reporting and analysis of various marketing initiatives.Inform and maintain marketing calendars and timelines to ensure seamless integration between client growth efforts and "retail and services" spikes.Serve as a QA lead for marketing collateral across various digital channels in order to maintain consistent messaging across multi-channel communications.Support other initiatives as identified and directed.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) : Excellent organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to meet and exceed deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Creative thinker able to be flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong writing skills including experience with digital marketing copy and presentation development.Team player, able to work simultaneously and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.Strong ability to clearly communicate through written communications and verbally.
