Heating and Air Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various products and systems. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will ensure that all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.

Duties

• Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or maintenance processes.
• Utilize an Ohmmeter and other tools to test electrical components and systems for functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation details and customer feedback.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites.

Experience

• Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to installation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.61 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Cary, NC 27513 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Cary, NC 27513: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
