Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Help navigate clients through the needs-based review process to ensure they are selecting the best insurance product.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by offering support and follow up to their service needs, while maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success each and every day.
- Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Previous experience in insurance or related filed is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Property and Casualty license preferred (or must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
