The work schedule follows a modified DuPont system with 12-hour shifts, either from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM or from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM. The rotation pattern consists of 2 days on, 2 days off, then 3 days on, 2 days off, followed by 2 days on and 3 days off. This cycle repeats for 2 months, after which the shifts alternate between day and night.
