Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Deliver direct care to adult and geriatric patients
- Continuously evaluate and improve patient care processes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Program in Nursing - Required
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year from date of hire
- TNCC or ITLS certification within 1 year from date of hire
- PALS certification within 1 year from date of hire
- Current licensure by WV State Board of Nursing
