Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse on our Medical-Surgical Unit, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
2. Developing and implementing individualized care plans
3. Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and outcomes
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
1. Current licensure by the West Virginia State Board of Nursing
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
3. At least one year of experience in a medical-surgical setting
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
