Full-Time Position - Edwards Mill Office - Raleigh. Raleigh Orthopaedic is hiring an Appointment Scheduling Coordinator for our Centralized Call Center to schedule appointments for all of our Clinic site locations.
Our Appointment Scheduling Team is integral to providing excellent service to our patients. We are implementing new scheduling technology that will improve our patient experience and employee satisfaction!
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume of appointment calls
- Schedule New and Established patient appointments directly with patients
- Provide excellent customer service to our patients and employees
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a Call Center environment
- Healthcare customer service role in a large healthcare / medical office setting
- Excellent communications skills, professional phone voice, active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-stress environment
- Excellent demeanor / telephone presence / customer service skills
- Proficient with using technology and learning new technology
- Willingness to provide feedback for process improvement initiatives
Schedule
8 hour shift (Flexible between 8-6pm)
Hourly rate from $16 to $22 per hour.
Salary : $16 - $22
