Job Description

Raleigh Orthopaedic is a leading provider of comprehensive orthopedic care, dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving the quality of life for our patients. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Physical Therapy Services to lead our diverse team of Therapist, including Physical, Hand and Sport Therapists.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of the physical therapy department, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage a large team of Therapy providers providing leadership, support, and professional development opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance departmental efficiency, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless integration of services.
Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Maintain budgetary control, ensuring the department operates within allocated resources while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a physical therapy or healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices, techniques, and regulations.

Proven ability to manage and develop a large team, with a track record of achieving clinical and operational goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and responsibilities.
