Full-Time Position - 4 Days per Week : Our Patient Service Representatives (PSR) are key members of our orthopaedic practice and act as the face of our organization. We rely on our Patient Service Front Desk Team to consistently deliver a positive patient experience.

- Welcoming patients and completing the check-in process and check-out process
- Verifying patient information and insurance coverage / benefits
