Full time Position - Edwards Mill Office - Raleigh. Raleigh Orthopaedic Surgery Center is hiring an Accounts Receivable Assistant to manage the daily functions in Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities :

  • Bank deposit to posted payments reconciliation
  • Working claim rejects in Waystar Clearing house
  • Handling Patient collection calls
  • Transferring patient accounts to Collection agency
  • Processing Refunds
  • Processing patient payments

Requirements :

  • 2 years in Accounts Receivable / Accounting
  • Some Excel knowledge very helpful
  • Customer Service in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
