What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Rally Networks?
We're looking for an experienced Telecommunications Operations Manager to join Rally Networks! The candidate must have excellent listening skills and be great with employees. Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing daily activities of plant personnel in the construction, operation, and maintenance of telecommunications plant and equipment.
- Training plant staff in preventive maintenance, trouble reporting, and emergency operation.
- Conducting field checks to ensure adherence to established standards and safety requirements.
- Recommending system improvements and upgrades.
