As a member of our franchise team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant is the first choice for our guests. You will provide excellent guest service, promote sales and profits, and help maintain a safe and clean environment for our employees and guests. Your goal will be to identify and respond to guests' needs, escalate any concerns to the General Manager, and complete cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
