Seeking energetic, reliable and motivated individuals with general building maintenance experience to join our winning team! Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :
- Examine the facility to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included in the work schedule, and communicate to the Lead Maintenance Tech.
- Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed supplies.
- Understand and follow Federal, State and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
- Assist in snow removal as needed.
- Conduct a daily walk around to locate any problem areas.
- Report to management any major improvements needed.
- Repair any minor problems found.
RATE OF PAY : $22.00 Per Hour
