The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for a Service Scanner / Cashier with Rallye Mercedes-Benz! Seeking reliable, energetic, motivated individuals with previous scanning and cashier experience who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Handling a variety of clerical duties including: filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the service department.
- Greeting and directing all service clients.
- Fielding all incoming phone calls.
- Scheduling and confirming service appointments.
- Handling cash and taking credit card payments.
- Balancing cash drawers and completing bank deposits.
- Acting as a main support system for the service advisors and service management team.

PAY RANGE: $19 PER HOUR
- Previous cashier/receptionist experience required, automotive cashier/receptionist experience preferred.
- Superior customer service skills
- Highly Detail Oriented
- Proficient in clerical work such as scanning, filing, etc.
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office skills/general computer knowledge necessary.
- Organizational skills
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
