This internship provides valuable exposure to various HR functions and a chance to work alongside a passionate team of HR professionals. As an intern, you will be involved in assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and administrative support in the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding efforts for new hires by preparing orientation materials and coordinating logistics.
- Help maintain employee records and assist with data entry and filing systems.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Assist in planning employee events

This is a fully time paid internship with a minimum of a two month commitment starting no later than June 1st with the possibility of full time employment. The rate of pay for this position is between $19 and $23 hourly. The hourly rate will be based on prior work or internship experience and will require a 40 hour workweek Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend day for employee events.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources or Organizational Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Prior internship, certification and/or masters degree is preferred
