In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly smile, offering assistance and direction as needed.
- Park and retrieve vehicles with precision and care, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales consultants, service advisors, and technicians to manage the flow of vehicles in and out of our sales and service areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle fleet, ensuring every car is in pristine condition.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be over 19 years old (21 for some valet positions).
- A professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset.
- Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
- Great communication skills and a warm, engaging demeanor.
- A passion for automobiles and attention to detail.
