What We're Searching for
Rally Fleet is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Fleet Vehicle Repair Technician. This position plays a pivotal role in conducting light to heavy automotive body repairs, frame machine and panel replacements, and disassembly and reassembly of fleet vans. We are looking for a forward-looking professional who shares our commitment to excellence and aligns with our values.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in automotive body repairs, skilled in working with metals including aluminum, and has a strong understanding of frame machines and welding techniques. You thrive in environments of change and are passionate about contributing to the success of a diverse range of business sectors.
What You'll Do :
- Light to heavy automotive body repairs on different types of surfaces
- Frame machine and panel replacement including welding
- Disassemble and Reassemble Fleet Vans
- Auto Body Repairs to OEM standards
- Ability to replace and weld steel and aluminum panels
