What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bakery cake position at Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group?
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities include shaping, baking, filling, decorating, and packing king cakes for the king cake season. Making all of the spreads, fillings, sugars and dough for king cakes.
Must be able to multitask and work at a fast pace. Good organization a must. The first shift has a 3am start time. AM and Mid-day shifts available.
No experience is necessary, but a plus. This is a temporary position but there is a possibility to stay on after king cake season.
Pay starts at $16 an hour
