Jr Estimator will be responsible assisting in all aspects of bid creation / submission. Candidates possess experience with various software platforms for estimating, creating CAD drawings, layouts and designs using basic design and engineering principles and reviewing the drawings to ensure compliance with drafting standards. Drawings will involve roadways, parking structures, bridges, commercial site plans and other various projects.
Position Description
The ideal candidate will have some verifiable background in BIM modeling and wants to grow in this skill and want to advance in the levels of estimating to become a Senior Estimator, performing BIM Modeling and estimating.
