Position Overview:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing EVA team, focusing primarily on secondary tasks such as sewing, gluing, trimming, and scuffing. While this role does not require prior experience in production, it offers the opportunity to learn and grow into production-related tasks over time. Ralph S. Alberts is the only company in the United States with EVA capabilities, and this product line is rapidly expanding!
Key Responsibilities:
- Secondary Assembly: Perform essential tasks including sewing, gluing, trimming, scuffing, and working with zippers to finalize high-quality EVA products.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials and products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Opportunity for Growth: Learn additional production processes, such as operating specialized EVA machinery, as you gain experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Familiarity with hand tools, sewing, or assembly work is a plus but not required—training provided!
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Shift Details:
- Schedule: First shift, Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
