Position Overview: As a production team member, you will master skills across 13 diverse production work centers. Your role will involve using hand and pneumatic tools, assembling and disassembling parts, and ensuring quality and efficiency in product development. You’ll also be a key player in a small team focused on maintaining safety and fostering continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate hand and pneumatic tools; handle hardware and solvents
- Maintain and prepare molds for processing
- Assemble, disassemble, and inspect parts
- Collaborate with your team to ensure high-quality and timely task completion
- Adhere to safety protocols and minimize risks
- Contribute to an environment that values continuous improvement
- Utilize production-driven software
Requirements:
- Willingness to get fitted for a respirator
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (solo or with assistance)
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
Shift Details:
- Schedule: First shift, Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Special Requirements: Must be willing to use a respirator and be clean-shaven.
