We are a small local family owned roofing & restoration business in Baton Rouge, LA. We are a professional company and our goal is to to provide customers with professional quality roofing and renovation work. Training will be provided. We are wanting people who are willing to go out & represent our company honestly & with knowledge to go knocking door to door in neighborhoods to help them get the roof they need/deserve as well with any home improvements they may need. And guess what!? You will not be selling roofs, yet selling our company to homeowners to use us in their insurance process. What you would be required to do:
-Door-to-door sales – not selling a product, but selling our company and the roofing solutions we offer to customers.
- Greet customers kindly when knocking on their door and provide excellent customer service, educating potential clients about our services and how we can meet their roofing needs, assist in filing insurance claim with customer to their insurance company, and getting contracts signed.
- Assist customers in choosing shingles, material they'd prefer for their home
- Helping us grow our customer base and build trust in the community.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Experience:
- Previous experience in roof sales is preferred but not required (we are willing to train the right candidates)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, work well with others
- Must be responsible & hardworking, no slacking! We are looking for someone who takes their job seriously and shows initiative.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Must pass a drug test (pre-employment & random tests)
