What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Office Manager position at RAM Aircraft?
RAM Aircraft, LP is hiring an Office Manager for its Customer Service Department. This position reports to the Department Manager and serves as the primary point of contact for the Department, screening calls and using judgement and initiative to either handle the call personally or direct it to the proper person. In addition this position:
* Manages the Department's files and records.
* Tracks and reports the status of customer service projects.
* Prepares invoices and estimates.
The successful candidate should:
* Have experience working with an ERP system and Microsoft 365.
* Possess excellent people skills, especially the ability to provide excellent customer service even in tense situations.
* Have excellent attention to detail and written and oral communication skills.
Aircraft industry experience, while not required, would be a major benefit.
Job Type: Full-time
