Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and collaborating with various teams to optimize inventory stock management processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 20 cycle counts daily in the South Warehouse, identifying and reconciling any discrepancies discovered.
- Provide inventory updates to foremen, superintendents, and project managers upon request.
- Maintain accurate inventory spreadsheets for the Plymouth warehouse.
- Create and manage a spreadsheet to track stored job-costed materials.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to missing products in the warehouse.
- Prepare and distribute warehouse inventory reports for the South Building and Plymouth Building Warehouses.
- Generate and circulate rigging inventory reports.
- Coordinate with each department to identify upcoming material needs for projects.
- Collaborate with warehouses and purchasing to facilitate stock transfers and replenish satellite warehouses as needed.
- Regularly update ABC codes for each warehouse and suggest improvements.
- Assist the OH, MI, and PA warehouses during the physical inventory.
- Analyze stock item levels and propose changes to management for the new year.
- Contribute to inventory planning efforts for all RAM warehouses.
- Update Acumatica with product pictures, dimensions, and weights for each SKU to improve identification and accuracy.
- Help establish bar label systems for RF capabilities in the warehouse.
- Set up and maintain precise ABC codes for all warehouse items.
- Assist in configuring and implementing replenishment settings within Acumatica.
- Develop a spreadsheet and tracking procedures to manage stored job-costed materials.
Education Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent:
Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:
- Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory control, warehousing, or related field.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using inventory software, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Flexibility in working hours, including occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
Travel:
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to satellite offices
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting
