Job Description
The ideal Project Engineer at RAM Construction will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. The candidate should be comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing those tasks from preconstruction through completion.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project execution success.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks before occurrence.
- Maintain and review daily superintendent reports.
- Ensure the project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
- Assist PM as needed with material procurement, tracking, RFI's, submittals, etc..
- Assist with the project bidding process.
- Process owner and subcontractors change orders.
- Set up OAC weekly meetings.
- Help train or mentor other RAM employees and lead by example.
- Continuously seek RAM Construction process improvements.
